Our Easy Return policy :

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Eligible items requesting to be returned must be in their original unworn condition & packaging.

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange.
Please Read through our return policy and guideline and follow the steps to return your order. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). We will gladly issue a Refund for items returned within 30 days of the date you received the goods.


*Costumes, Holiday Items and Costumes Accessories are Not Returnable. Costumes can be exchanged for different sizes of the same costume only.

All sales are final on the following items: Panties (Please note, due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on opened panties or items that cover the crotch ) Thongs, Mens Boxers & Thongs, Hosiery, Pasties, Wigs and Wig accessories (NO EXCEPTIONS). All Item From Clearance Item Sales are FINAL.


Please Inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package, we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your pacakge. If no attempt to contact us via telephone, email or live chat is made regarding the damaged/missing items within 48 hours, all item are deemed correct & received.

* Please Return Merchandise Promptly.Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned Items that are Not Returnable will be REFUSED back to you.All Shoe Returns Must include the original shoe box.
Please DO NOT USE the shoes original Box directly as a Shipping Box to send back the Return.


All Returns on High Heels and Boots are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
For your return, Please allow at least 7-14 business days for your refund to be reflected to your credit Card.

To Keep the lowest price possible and to continue our free shipping and free gift offers, All shipping charges are non-refundable and There will be a $3.00 handling Fee For Your return.

For your order are fully returned back to us, any of the free promotional item are not return with the order, Spicy Lingerie will implement be the following charge: Free Gift $2. Free Panty $5, Free Lingerie $10.

For Exchange: Simply place an new order on the website for the item/s you want to exchange for and send the original item/s back for a refund.

For Lingerie Exchange:

Simply Send the item back for a refund to purchase something else, Or simply place a new order and return the unwanted item back to us for a refund.

If you attempt to return a costume, which is non-returnable, the costume will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.

For Halloween Costume Exchange:

If you wish to exchange a Halloween Costume for a different size simply place a new order for the correct costume before you return the original costume. Before you ship the return order, write your new order number on the return form included in the package. Please Note: All returned costumes without a new order number included will be shipped back to you at your cost. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also note all exchanges are subject to the standard $3.00 handling Fee.
