Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
There is no return number or email confirmation requested.

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange.
We will gladly issue a Refund for all items returned within 30 days of the date you received the goods.
Simply Send the item/s back with the original packing, tags attached, and in its new original condition.
Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS).

*Costumes, Holiday Items and Costumes Accessories are Not Returnable.Costumes can be exchanged for different sizes of the same costume only.

All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, pasties glue, wigs and wig accessories (NO EXCEPTIONS). All Closeout And Clearance Item Sales are FINAL.

* Please Return Merchandise Promptly.

Returned Items that are Not Returnable will be REFUSED back to you.All Shoe Returns Must include the original shoe box.
Please DO NOT USE the shoes original Box directly as a Shipping Box to send back the Return.
All Returns on High Heels and Boots are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
For your return, Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected to your credit Card. To Keep the lowest price possible and to continue our free gifts offer, All shipping charges are non-refundable and There will be a $3.00 handling Fee For Your return.
Any Packages that are refused back to us by UPS will result in 15% restocking fee.
For Exchange: Simply place an new order on the website for the item/s you want to exchange for and send the original item/s back for a refund.

We will credit your card usually within 7-10 Business Days upon receipt of product. To keep the lowest price, along with the free shipping and free gift offerings, there will be a $3.00 handling fee applied on all products that are returned and exchanged. Please note if you do not receive your credit or refund correctly, email us at refund@spicylingerie.com, and we will be happy to assist you!

For Lingerie Exchange:

Simply Send the item back for a refund to purchase something else, Or simply place a new order and return the unwanted item back to us for a refund.

Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, an error on our part, or one of our suppliers, items returned MUST be in NEW amd UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. We will NOT accept returned items with obvious signs of use. We will not refund the cost of return shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on our part or one of our suppliers. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.

If you attempt to return a costume, which is non-returnable, the costume will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.

For Halloween Costume Exchange:

If you wish to exchange a Halloween Costume for a different size simply place a new order for the correct costume before you return the original costume. Before you ship the return order, write your new order number on the return form included in the package. Please Note: All returned costumes without a new order number included will be shipped back to you at your cost. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also note all exchanges are subject to the standard $3.00 restocking fee.
