*Return Policy *
Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). We will gladly issue a Refund or Store Credit for items returned within 30 days of the date you received the order.
All sales are final on the following items: Panties (Please note, due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on opened panties or items that cover the crotch ) Thongs, Mens Boxers & Thongs, Hosiery, Pasties, Nubra, Wigs and Wig accessories (NO EXCEPTIONS). All Item From Clearance Item Sales are FINAL.
Please Inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package, we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone, email or live chat is made regarding the damaged/missing items within 48 hours, all item are deemed correct & received. * Please Return Merchandise Promptly. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned Items that are Not Returnable will be REFUSED back to you.All Shoe Returns Must include the original shoe box.
Please DO NOT USE the shoes original Box directly as a Shipping Box to send back the Return.
All Returns on High Heels and Boots are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
For your return, Please allow at least 7-14 business days for your refund to be reflected to your credit Card. For Store Credit Returns, An Email Notification Will be emailed to you once it's processed and issued. To Keep the lowest price possible and to continue our free shipping and free gift offers, All shipping charges and Gift Wrapping Fees are non-refundable and There will be a $3.00 handling Fee For Your return. For your order are fully returned back to us, any of the free promotional item are not return with the order, Spicy Lingerie will implement be the following charge: Free Gift $2. Free Panty $5, Free Lingerie $10.
*Costumes + Christmas/Holiday Items Return Policy*
*Qualified Costumes, Costume Accessories & Holiday items can be returned for store credit only. Items must be post marked within 30 days of the delivery date. Please keep in mind that all returns must be in their new and original condition.
*Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package please contact us within 48 hours so we can address and correct any problems. If no attempt is made to contact us within 48 hours via telephone, e-mail or live chat regarding the damaged/missing item(s), all items are deemed received and intact.
*Please immediately try on the main portion of your costume to ensure it fits properly. Please do not try on any panties, stockings or accessories until you know the costume fits properly.
**Due to time constraints returned costumes, costume accessories and holiday items can take 5-7 business days to process. Your store credit will not be available until your return is processed. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once your store credit is available. If you attempt to return a costume that is non-returnable, incomplete, or with signs of use the costume will be shipped back to you at your expense.
